Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.

Performs basic assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks of a routine nature using the assigned tools and equipment. May perform simple measurement/test operations.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge. Follows strict specifications. Basic mechanical ability. Able to read, write, accurately read a tape measure, and perform basic mathematical calculations. Able to move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with an estimated annual pay of approximately $30,000. The actual starting wage may vary based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, education, performance, tenure, and other qualifications.

Employees in this role are not eligible for a bonus; they are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
