Under general supervision, handles and maintains flow of inventory and finished goods in manufacturing and warehouse areas according to established guidelines.

Verify and maintain records of outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking,

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Moderate knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures including handling exceptions. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires basic reading, writing and numerical ability. May require skills in the area of powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
