The Heatcraft factory in Stone Mountain, GA is hiring!

Earn $21.45+ per hour starting base wage with ability to earn more!

Now hiring for a Piper on first shift (5:00am – 1:30pm).

Under direct supervision, the person in this position fabricates, cuts, and brazes pipes based on general specifications to carry refrigerants.

• Fabricates pipe systems of various shapes, sizes, and pressures.
• Ensures proper placement and alignment according to general blueprints and instructions.
• Brazes fabricated pipes to make the specified product work as designed.
• Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Working knowledge of brazing.
• Basic understanding of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders.
• Able to look at general diagram and determine fabrication needs to make product work as engineered.
• Able to determine required equipment and settings. Requires precision control and dexterity.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. May be required to take related training and/or pass skills tests required for this level.
