Job Description

A Manufacturing Associate plays a crucial role in our production process by preparing components and assembling parts to create our finished products. They follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure the accurate and efficient creation of products. They will be responsible for painting, finishing, and/or insulating products.

 

JOB DUTIES (not limited to):

  • Follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks
  • Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects
  • Able to learn how to operate basic machinery
  • Able to paint and work with insulation
